Camp Canine Policies

Senior Citizens

(Over 10 years of age) must have a statement from their vet. Certifying their pets health status.

Health Maintenance

Your pet is under constant daily supervision by experienced personnel. If we observe a current or probable medical problem while your pet is in our care we will take the following steps:
1)We will make every attempt to alert the owner. (If the owner is not available).
2)We will call your pet's vet. (If your vet. is not available we will use one of our on-call vet's whose names we will gladly furnish upon request).
3)You agree to be responsible for all incurred vet. fees.

Neuter/Spay

WE DO NOT ACCEPT FEMALES IN SEASON. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNSPAYED FEMALES OR INTACT MALES IN OUR DAY CAMP PLAYROOMS.

Dog Bites

In the event that your pet bites or injures another pet or person, the owner assumes all legal and financial responsibilities.

Fleas and Ticks

Every pet will be inspected for fleas (or evidence thereof) and ticks upon their arrival. If a problem is found we will bathe your pet in a flea and tick shampoo. This is for every ones protection. FEE: There will be an additional charge of $10.00 above your breed's basic bath price.

Fee Policy

Day camp care runs 7am - 9pm. Any dog not picked up by 9pm will be charged the Night Camp rate. Any dog picked up after 11am will be charged for the next day's Day Camp rate.

General Release

Camp Canine is extremely dedicated to the care and well being of your pet and will do everything possible to make sure your pet's stay with us is as comfortable and safe as possible.
I certify that I have read the above policy of Camp Canine Inc. and agree to its terms. I authorize Camp Canine Inc. to contact my vet. for all necessary information.
I am the owner or agent of the dog mentioned on the registration form, and I am authorized to sign this release form. I give consent to Camp Canine Inc. (including its agents and employees), to actin my behalf and in my dog's best interest, by obtaining emergency veterinary care at my expense if deemed necessary. I agree to indemnify and hold Camp Canine Inc. (its agents and employees) harmless for any and all expenses relating to such emergency care. I release Camp Canine Inc, (its agents and employees) from any liability or claim due to injury or death of my dog, and hereby assume any expense or liability for injuries my dog may inflict on a human or another dog while staying or being walked by Camp Canine Inc.
