We are happy to announce that Camp Canine is will be open 7 days a week from 7am-8:30pm for all services beginning 6/22. We are also excited to announce that we are now taking in new clients as well.

Update June 12, 2020

To Our Valued Customers,

Hoping that you all are safe and well!
We are happy to announce that Camp Canine is now open 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday) from 9am-6pm for Daycare, Grooming, and Bathing. We are also excited to announce that we are now taking in new clients as well.

We'll be resuming our normal business hours and accepting Boarding clients starting 6/22.  Stay tuned for more information.

Update May 5, 2020

To Our Valued Customers,

Hoping that you all are safe and well!
We are happy to announce that Camp Canine is now open 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) from 12pm-6pm for playgroups! Right now we are just open to current clients and require reservations in advance.

We'll be opening for Grooming on a limited basis beginning May 15!  Stay tuned for more information.

Update March 27, 2020

To Our Valued Customers,

It is with a heavy heart that, effective Friday March 27th, we will shut our doors temporarily due to the Coronavirus.

As you know, we have tried our very best to be here for you and your pets, but at this time, with the guidance we are receiving from the state and city, along with the overall risk to our staff, we cannot justify staying open at this time. We have applied to the government to receive a designation of 'essential' but have not yet had a response. It may help us to get the designation if we can articulate how many of our clients are considered essential and need our support. If you have already let us know that you are essential and need our services, no need to do so again.

If you need walking or pet-sitting services during this time, there may be individual staff members who are available to do that. We can provide a list of them and their contact information upon request.
Many of you have asked how you can help our staff during this time that leaves them especially financially vulnerable. We have set up a GoFundMe for our employees. Although we are paying them a modest severance as they begin their Leaves of Absence and helping to expedite their unemployment filings, we fully recognize the many challenges ahead for them. Many of you have also asked how you can support Camp Canine & Camp Feline during this time. Much like buying gift certificates at local restaurants that you can use later (which I encourage everyone to do!), you can help us by purchasing packages and memberships to be used once we reopen. You can also buy gift certificates for future Camp Canine or Camp Feline Services. Email us at info@nycampcanine.com.

Sending love to each of you and your pets. One of the worst things about this crisis is that we will not be seeing you (or them!) for a bit. We love our Camp Canine & Camp Feline Family and are sad that we will not have this community to lean on right now. We will continue to be active on social media; we look forward to building and even stronger virtual community and will be in touch.
